Accommodations
From the moment you step aboard it’s evident that the Lord Nelson is built to the highest quality standards. Down below you'll discover beautiful hand crafted interior teak joinery that gives this vessel charm and character rarely found in boats today. Located aft to starboard is a double berth with large hanging locker and storage. Located to port is the U-shaped galley with double SS sink on centerline, Hillerange 3-burner propane stove with oven, DC refrigeration and excellent galley storage. There is a U-shaped dinette on the port side with seating for four to five people. Across from the dinette is a bench style settee with storage behind and chart table forward. Located forward of the dinette is the master cabin that has a spacious pullman berth with drawers underneath and large hanging lockers to starboard. The head complete with shower is conveniently located in the bow with an overhead deck hatch for wet sail changes. Forward in the head is a cabinet locker door to access the chain locker in the forpeak.
Galley
- The galley is located just down the companionway stairs providing direct access to the crew at sea. The workspace is surrounded with teak louvered cabinets along the port side. The counters are are widefor ease of food preparation and the refrigerator has access from the top of the aft counter.

Sails, Canvas and Rigging
- All Lord Nelsons are distinguished by their beautiful curved sheer accented by the large bowsprit. The bowsprit provides the sailplan with extra sail area and increased upwind pointing ability. The teak decks will give you sure footing in all conditions. The heavier than normal stanchions and extra high double lifelines assure complete safety. High pulpits with teak belaying pins offer great support and safety while working at the mast.

Ground Tackle and Safety Equipment
- Construction: Solid, hand laid, ISO-resin fiberglass hull with epoxy gelcoat; exceeds Lloyd's and ABS specifications. Entire boat is insulated above the waterline. Cabin trunk and coach roof are balsa cored for added strength and insulation. Non-skid teak inserts are molded into coach roof work areas. Solid fiberglass decks with teak non-skid fastened into reinforcing fiberglass stringers. Internal solid cast iron ballast. Integral molded fiberglass rubrail designed to stiffen hull longitudinally and protect against damage. Balanced rudder design for optimum handling characteristics. Unique, double bonded and stainless fastened hull to deck joint with foam filled, box beam configuration. Chain plated are 3/8 stainless backed with solid epoxy blocks bonded and through bolted to hull. 36in high, heavy wall, 1 1/4in diameter stainless stanchions with double lifelines. Bow and stern pulpits are 1 1/2in heavy wall stainless and fold down swim ladder on stern. Two stainless steel opening hatches with watertight locks. Molded in fiberglass dorates with large removable cowl vents. All deck hardware is fastened to internally laminated stainless backing plates.
